Went for restaurant week. Menu was nice, but portions were TINY. Tuna tartare appetizer was a tease- tasty but tiny. Petite filet was truly petite. Asked the waiter how big it was- said about 6 ounces. No way! no more than 1 1/2 inches square. Nothing to

    once is enough

No prob with the reservation. We were seated on time , albeit in a somewhat cramped table for our party. Then the hovering began. Fussy and multiple pours of seltzer from old time dispensers. Over and over again. Sheesh, just leave it on the table. The wa

    Da Scene

Let me add, my go to place is still Peter Luger's for steak, although the steak here was good as was the salmon, a return visit is questionable only because the standard for steak is Luger's. The restaurant is a N.Y.C. scene for a people watching person.

    Not going back

Despite having a dinner reservation we waited 30 minutes to be seated with the hostess saying it would just be a few minutes each time we checked in. Everyone at bar had been waiting for their table for ages. Sat down to "eh" sushi for an appetiser. A med
