Great food, terrible service
The food really is delicious here, but the place is let down completely by nochalant service - the waiter's pay no attention and are very aloof. We went in last Friday whilst visiting from London and were really shocked at the poor level of service.

Very Authentic!
A friend was visiting me from Italy, and was homesick for real Italian food, not "Americanized". I took him to Aria and he loved it, saying it was the real deal. Everything I've had here is delicious!

Great food - improve service!
Food was great. We were unfortunately placed in the window by the bar which meant that our waiter completely forgot we were even there and we had to get up and get his attention three times. We ended up paying to another waitress on our way out as we were tired of our waiter being so nonchalant.

Best kept secret
We stumbled on this little place (thanks to the fairy lights outside) and what a find...we were placed at the bar, and our server Allesso was fantastic. He knew his wines, recommended food and never kept us waiting. The food is as authentic and delicious and I loved that the wine is served in tumblers. My new favourite place in NYC. I will definately be going back there again.
