Pretentious, noisy and over priced. Glass of wine costs $14. Uptown prices in a downtown location. Too many fine restaurants in Bay Ridge to pay double the price for the same cuisine.

Same owner for close to fourty years. Foods is fresh and many unique dishes. Excellent tasting and satisfying. Noisy on weekends, service is average. Decor is classy.

This is a neighborhood restaurant serving better than average Italian food. Service can range from total neglect to overbearing waiter. I've been lucky and have gotten fairly good service, but friends have not been treated so well. However, its popularity is based on its fresh pasta and very good food.

again one of those cliché place....it's enough to see the length of the menu and the items. Simply Italian American: meatballs, Caesar salad, marinara...

It has been a favorite for years because of its fresh ingredients, delicate flavors. Never had a disappointing dish. Very loud & crazy busy..famous people about, it is an experience to dress up in :)

The food in this restaurant is absolutely delicious. I have tasted almost everything on the menu and I have never been disappointed. It is pricey for Bay Ridge but the food is worth it. The restaurant decor is nice but it can be very crowded on the weekend and it feels like you are sitting on top of the tables next to you. The service is nothing special and you would expect better considering the upscale prices. Also, the host always has a lousy attitude. Overall, I continue to go back because the negatives are not enough to deter me from eating their delicious food.
