Arch Diner

I love the Diner because of the value for the dollar. If you come away hungry I guess you simply didn't want to eat! Portions are generous, Servers are courteous, and It tastes good too. I moved from the area and still travel back to Arch Diner. I never left without my "doggie bag" which was more like my lunch for the next day. I say definitely try Arch and see for yourself.

Arch diner has great food and service. My husband and I order takeout all the time from this diner and the food and service is excellent! Our order is always correct and the food is hot and tasty.

This afternoon, we visited the Arch Diner, located in Georgetown, Brooklyn. This is a diner that my husband and I have frequented many times over the past 11 years, always with pleasant results. Today's visit was less than satisfactory. For starters, both the mens' and ladies' bathrooms were filthy and needed mopping. Our waitress, who's uniform and apron were also filthy seemed preoccupied. She did not know what was on the menu. We had to ask several times for water. When the water was finally served, the glasses were dirty, and foreign objects were floating in the water. The flat wear was dingy and dirty. The meal lacked seasoning and the presentations were unappealing. In disgust, we wrapped our meals to go. As we paid our bill, we attempted to complain about the poor services, and was brushed off by the hostess/cashier. We have always recommended Arch Diner to friends and relatives visiting the Canarsie/Georgetown area. Sadly, do to the poor services/food, we will no longer patronize nor recommend this diner in the future.
