Ordering a delivery from here is such a disappointment! Besides waiting for almost 40 min. to have your order delivered, the order was not complete. When we called them back to have the missing items delivered, they sent only half the missing items. After calling for a third time they told us that we are welcomed to send back our delivery for a refund, otherwise there was nothing they would do for us. Not only was the food delivered not complete, they gave the worse customer service and attitude to us for a service we paid for. This is not the first time our delivery has been incomplete, but it is has never been this severe.

i got delivery from this place last night, and was very pleasantly surprised. the broccoli dish -- fresh broccoli, marinara sauce, garlic, and mozzarella -- was delicious and tasted hearty and healthy. the mussels in white whine were also top notch. a good place to order from if you have a cold (garlic is very curative!) i can't speak to the ambiance but the food is wonderful.

I've been to Aqua Marina many times over the past 3 years. The cuisine is good and nicely sized, the service is good, and the prices are very reasonable. Atmosphere is quite and romantic. As the other reviewer mentioned, the early bird is GREAT value. Highly recommended.

Aqua Marina has an amazingly cheap lunch menu and a good early dinner deal too. They don't have THAT many selections in the menu, but it works for this small cozy place. All the food is pretty good, and their Penne Vodka is great! Their service is very courteous and attentive, but for some reason, always on the slow side. The food comes out at a reasonable speed, but just the waiter's speed is slow. If you're looking for Italian in the Washington Heights neighborhood, this is the place to go.

This is a great little italian restaurant that is easily overlooked. I wouldn't go for a 'romantic' evening out, but certainly for a nice, relaxing warm meal on a night I didn't want to cook. The portions are big, service is quick, and there's an early bird special that's underpriced for what you get. Comfortable.
