Great Food- atmosphere ruined
Their food is great- many dishes are tasty. Never ordered delivery because of the other reviews. The restuarant itself is nice and can be a good spot for a last minute date. But obnoxious people coming in and out (talking to the staff) ruined the meal with loud noise and annoying unprofessionalism. I complain to let others know its not the best atmosphere, and it should be improved so their business does also.

bad customer management
I like the food this restaurant offers but it lacks heavily on customer service. I had ordered food and when my delivery came it was incomplete. I called to demand what I had purchased and when it came it was an hour late. I decided to give this restaurant another chance and went and had dinner, but unfortunately the beautifully decorated restaurant was slammed by a noisy and rude atmosphere. As I walked in with a friend there were only two people eating and many seats available. We were asked in a very rude and not welcoming tone to sit in a table for two because we sat in a table for four. There were only two other people in the room why be so dramatic. Knowing my rights I declined the rude offer and stayed in the table for four. As the food came relatives and friends of the staff bombarded the restaurant with unappropriated noise( it looked like a HS playground) diminishing the atmosphere of the restaurant. Compliments to the Chef, but not to the management.

It's Great
It's great if u dont like it just dont go. is a nice romantic place to just go and eat and have a nice calm time. There fettucinni is the best. Dont understand why people are such critics just go somewhere else then...

Don't go here!
The food is extremely disappointing. Their idea of a minestrone soup is basically vegetable soup with spaghetti in it. The grilled chicken with some mushrooms on top did not constitute chicken marsala. The service was also sub-par.

Disappointing
I found my trip here very disappointing. While they tried to accommodate for the lack of vegetarian fare on their menu, the result was a bowl of supermarket quality pasta with bland red sauce. The restaurant was also unclean, and the service was somewhat slow.

nice lunch out
I went for lunch on a Saturday with my family. The prices were unbelievably low and the food was very good.-from salmon to pasta. We will definitely go back.

Poor Service
Ordering a delivery from here is such a disappointment! Besides waiting for almost 40 min. to have your order delivered, the order was not complete. When we called them back to have the missing items delivered, they sent only half the missing items. After calling for a third time they told us that we are welcomed to send back our delivery for a refund, otherwise there was nothing they would do for us. Not only was the food delivered not complete, they gave the worse customer service and attitude to us for a service we paid for. This is not the first time our delivery has been incomplete, but it is has never been this severe.
