Great Fallback
Really good, reliable food. The waiters try very hard. Cheap by NYC standards for the same stuff found elsewhere . Don't go for a romantic dinner! Screaming kids with their inattentive Fulton St. moms and dads abound but this is what it is. I had good, inexpensive, sit-down food. Order the Riblets basket and you won't go wrong. Stay away from the soup...it's not worth it.

blandly disappointing
the service is pretty good, but what is served is not. Bland, overcooked meats, sliders are more like fast food but more expensive, salads mediocre at best. Come on folks- I know this is a chain but it can be much better than this!!! A bunch of us had hopes for this place. On top of all this, they have listed calories counts on this food which should be a good thing but is really scary. Hey, if I want to ingest that many calories, a few snickers bars would have been a much better choice!
