I went here with a group of people and the waiter was extremely rude and could not be bothered. He certainly acted like he was above everything, including his job. The food was good, the portions were not over the top. I would have liked this place more if the waiter was not rude to my party of 10. I guess he didn't feel the need to do his job because his gratuity was included on the bill. Also not once were our water glasses filled, we were never asked if we wanted anything or how everything was going. The birthday cake for my friend was brought out while people were still eating dinner. The birthday boy was not even given a clean utensil to eat his cake with. P.S. This was on a saturday night.

Ill keep it short and sweet. There was one waiter for the entire restaurant, the food is over priced, the karaoke room sneaks a 30 $ gratuity onto the room in addition to the waitress getting automatic gratuities, they do not tell you about this. They will charge you cash or credit on the spot and then sneak the charge on the final bill.

I recently got married and had our reception at the apple restaurant. We've been going to this restaurant for the past 5 years but still, they managed to surprise and amaze me for the way they did for our wedding. Not only me and my husband had a great time, but all our guests enjoyed the food and the outstanding service! The manager, Chan, was such a pleasure to work with, and really listened to every single detail that I wanted for the reception. Not only he was able to deliver what we asked for, but he exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was transformed to the wedding of my dreams! I definitely recommend this place for your next occassion, or even for dinner and drinks after work. Even after 5 years of coming here, they still managed to surprise me.

I just had a birthday party here for about 25 people. I got the sofa section for free (just had to put down a deposit). The food was great, the service was great, and the manager was a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend it.

Not only is the lounge and bar a great place to sit and hang out for drinks after class, the food in the dining room is amazing as well. While they have a smaller staff, the service is amazing and friendly. They have an extensive seleciton of martini's that are always made to perfection, and if you like beer, they have a bunch on tap, as well as Saki! If you are looking for a place to relax with a date, get to know your classmates better, or to eat before you go out on the town, Apple is one of the best places I can think of to have a great, relaxing time.

I recently ate here with some friends. The food was way overpriced and the portions were way too small. Although the atmosphere is nice for drinks, don't waste your money on dinner, because you'll need a sequel.

This restaurant is great, the price is also easy on the wallet...very underrated restaurant.
