Food excellent waiter ok
Five people we all ordered different apps and dinners. Food was excellent the waiter had no sense of humor and wasn't friendly. Seemed like he was rushing us. Desserts were yummy as well

Delicious Italian Food
It was a great dinner at Appetito. We started with salad and goat cheese. Followed by pasta with meat sauce. Very good. Tiramisu cake was amazing, Wait staff very friendly. Will be back...

Disappointed!
Wasn't very hungry but really wanted calamari so we stopped in -- it was close to hotel and had good reviews. Restaurant was very nice inside and tables weren't squished together. Server seemed to have an issue that we only ordered an appetizer and 2 bowls of minestrone but he was efficient and cleared away dishes promptly. Calamari was just okay but the minestrone was super salty -- my daughter only ate 1 spoon full of hers. Server did not ask if there were any problems with it when he cleared her FULL bowl. I knew that prices were kinda high from looking at menu but........wasn't prepared for the bill. They charged an extra $2 (over regular $14 price) for sharing the calamari appetizer and (biggest shock) $12 for EACH bowl of minestrone. The menu price for the minestrone was $8 but I guess we got the (not that) big bowls. So total price for 1 appetizer and 2 bowls of soup $40 plus tax. The cost wouldn't have been such an issue if the food was great (or even good).

Happy Happy
I entertain guests at least twice a week and I had never tried the restaurant before. What a lovely atmosphere. The food was great and I look forward to my next visit.

Great find in the garment district
We had a business luncheon and Appetito was convinient.We were treated very well., and attended to our every need .We had cold and hot antipasto it was delicious. We had various entrees and all of us were happy. The restaurant is big so you can have a private discussion.

A Treat
The food was amazing. We had pasta with seafood which was superb. Followed by grilled salmon, also great. Leave room for homemade tiramisu. The restaurant is very nice and comfortable atmosphere.
