this place made me feel like I was in some chain Italian place like Olive Garden. Very basic white bread, plain pasta dishes, the marinara is meh, and the food overall is sub-par for NYC Italian.

just had lunch there. while the service is fast (probably because they wanted us out of the way since lunch time is loud and busy) and prompt - which is golden in my book - i did notice a rather odd look given to me by a.) the bus boy and b.) our waitress AFTER we departed our table. the place is LOUD. it is hoppin' at lunchtime. food is totally fine. i've been twice already and have nothing really good to say about the service. unfortunately.

This place used to be good, solid Italian food. But it has changed hands or something, has a new menu, and the food is very ordinary and not a good value at all. I live in the neighborhood, and this was a reliable choice for an easy dinner, but I won't go back.

The food in this small restaurant is custoary Italian, well prepared and served. A nice place to keep in mind.

Very average experience. Waitresses courteous, but not going out of their ways. Food not bad, but nothing exciting. Your average pizzeria. Outdoors space available, but the views are nothing to write home about.

Although I live in the neighborhood, I had never ventured into aperitivo before tonight. The service was accomodating and friendly, the pasta was very good and well priced, and selection was varied. We also tried the sauteed calamari which was delicious. I will return.

quiet sunday night dinner excellent pizza like ones we had on the amalfi coast last year. Great appertiser in the grill prawns with arugala will definately go back
