A Taste of Italy
A taste of Italy in my own backyard. Everything about this restaurant says that a real pro is at the healm. Flawless courteous srrvice, great food, lovely atmosphere, fair prices. Who could ask for more. Restaurants like this are few and far between. It is a gift to the East Side.

Hidden gem on the UES
We had walked by many times, so we finally had to try it. Everything was great! One of the best Italian meals we have had in Manhattan, and we've paid much more at the "best" Italian restaurants. With all these rave reviews, it may get difficult to get a table. Hope to visit again soon.

Quiet Please
We are relatively new to the UES and stumbled onto this fine restaurant. Lovely find, good food but the noise level will blow you away. They desparently need ceiling sound panels. PLEASE

Quiet please, but keep the delicious fare
We love this restaurant and have never had a bad meal, only the finest of food and service. The noise level is deafening. We have been patrons for years, and after our dinner this week, we have decided we can only go to restaurant if we are exhausted and don't feel like having conversation. Rare for us as we love to spend our evenings over excellent food and wine and catch up from our busy day. For this restaurant we will now base our decision to go if we just want to sit quietly and not really have conversation. PLEASE put a rug on the floor to absorb the sound!!!

Delish UES Italian
My husband and I have been to Antonucci 3 times now and it has gotten better every time! Every meal we have had there has been just delicious. The menu is tremendous (TONS of specials) for such a small restaurant and there is something for everyone. The service is lovely and pleasant. The salads are wonderful and unique and the all of the pastas are absolutely delicious. Decided to be "good" last night and order chicken (a ton of people in the restaurant were eating it) and I didn't love it but everything else was wonderful. We can't wait to go back again!

not good
we went here last sunday for an early dinner - we were told they ran out of roast chicken (it was only 630) and out of clams as well - ouch! my son in law's fish was quite small and "fishy" - I did enjoy my liver dish and the waiter was not pleased when we did not order dessert and coffee - we were very disappointed overall

Great neighborhood spot
My wife and i moved to the UES last year and this has become our favorite Italian place in the neighborhood. Great place for a date or dinner with friends. Terrific food, affordable wine list and solid service make this place. Once you become a regular, service definitely seems to improve. The meatballs are the best I've had at a restaurant in a long time - I typically never order meatballs out but was told they were good, and they do disappoint.
