Ordered a few times to go and they served me cold, not even reheated, pizza. When I complained I basically was cursed out by the guy who answered the phone.

I previously ordered from this restaurant at least once a week, but lately quality of service and product has dropped dramatically! I ordered a pizza which I was told would be delivered within 30 minutes, lost track of time and when I looked at the clock it had been an hour and ten minutes... when I called to inquire about where my pizza was, I was told "just 5 or 6 minutes longer"... and then asked "what did you order?"... the hostess on the phone had no idea what I ordered! I will not order from this place again!

i'm from brooklyn, raised here, lived in williamsburg my whole life, and the cheese pie/slice here is INSANE. i've heard people say it wasn't all-that, but they must have had something up their ass. and they deliver within 30 minutes!

Best Pizza I've Ever Eaten
I am a pizza junkie. When it's time to decide what to eat, a little voice in my head says, "Have some Pizza!" WAY more often than is normal. Because of my addiction, and because my job takes me all around the City (all 5 Boroughs, LI, NJ, Upstate, etc.), I have eaten at dozens of pizzerias around the area, all the local chains, all the places listed in tourist books, all the places that have been featured on Food Network, even the "secret" places in Bensonhurst and Yonkers and Arthur Avenue and elsewhere. Some of those places are pretty damn good, but Anna Maria is by far the best that I have ever eaten. The lasagna slice, the chicken parm slice, the meat lover's slice, the pesto and garlic-heavenly, every last one. Their slices are like entrees on a slice of dough-you need a knife and fork to eat them. Best sauces and toppings around. The place is a hole-in-the-wall and kind of dingy, so if you're a priss you might be a little put off. Trust me, just get over yourself, take your slices to go, and then plan your second visit.
