Loved this place
We came here on our Feb trip to NYC from Colorado. The hotel where we were staying recommended this place. We ordered the green salad with beets, walnuts and goat cheese. Fabulous. The bread was served with fresh olive oil and was crusty and very fresh. I ordered the pasta with bolognese sauce and my husband ordered fettucini with chicken. Again fabulous. The wait staff were very attentive, brought water right away and my husband's wine. We'd definitely recommend this place and would go back again!

great again
We are from out of town and we came to eat at this restaurant in July. We came back now in November and had just checked in to our hotel and wanted some pizza, so we came back.. Again it was great. Love this place and we love the fact that it's not a tourist trap.

If you don't want to do your job....
If you don't want to do your job...take the day off. I had a delicious meal to celebrate the upcoming nuptials of a coworker at Angelo's. Our meal was phenomenal but the service we received was so inattentive! I can't imagine how this gentleman keeps his job during the busy rush because if you can't handle things during lunchtime, I really feel for you. He was inattentive and it seemed like if we needed a refill we were interrupting him from his daydreams. I was planning on taking my group there for the holidays but I will now find another restaurant in the area where the staff wants to do their job.

Poor service..wont go again at all
Plan to spend a lot of money else be prepared not to get any service. And not even complimentary bread that other tables might get.... I was there yesterday with my wife and 3yr old daughter and ordered one large pizza without any appetizers or pasta etc. The person taking our order looked at us in such contempt as if we committed a big mistake...and i think we did because we didn't even get a complimentary bread that others were getting. my 3 yr old, being a 3 yr old asked for bread but we couldn't even ask the guy to get us one as he never showed up at the table after taking the order..... So only go there if you have either have a huge appetite or lots of money to spend on food that you dont plan to eat...

Poor delivery service
Angelo's has great pizza and pasta and amazing arugula salad but their delivery service is not good!

great pizza
We were sent to Angelos for good pizza by our concierge. It was excellent. it was so good we went back a second time. Great Pizza, great ambiance and great service

Casual scene with excellent food
My office got me hooked on this place because we always had it ordered for business lunches. I have eaten their food honestly 20 times now and it has NEVER let me down. It has become my favorite restaurant in the area. I must rave about its Insalata Siciliana. My boyfriends favorites are the pizza, Penne Alla Vodka and Fettuccini Carbonara. This one is worth breaking the diet for. BEST SALAD, PASTA and PIZZA I have had in a really long time.
