Molto Italiano!
Angelo's has the best pizza in NYC, hands down.

Poor Service
Poor customer service. Very disagreeable. We are regular customers call every week for delivery and staff is quite rude. Will never order again. Pizza comes soggy and sometimes burnt.

Wonderful for pre-theater
We went here at about 4:00, and the service was excellent, and it better of been, we were the only people in the restaurant. The atmosphere is nice, not to loud, but still comfortable. food was tasty, but not a wide selection, as could be expected from a pizza place. What they do have however is great.

Good Pizza
A good pizza to have when you are in the neighborhood. Not the best I've had but worth trying.

Pretty Good Italian Food
We were fortunate to have just happened to stop in to Angelo's late on a Saturday night. We felt the atmosphere was decent, the food was above average and the service was good. The prices were reasonable which was surprising after checking out other menus in the area and finding so many "ripoff joints." After reading all these positive reviews here about their pizza, we'll be sure to give it a try next time and remember to steer clear of Tony Bourdain's recommendation to try Lombardi's. Sorry, Tony, we totally disagree with you on that one.

Sad Disappointment
I always eat at Angelo's- Their pizza is pretty good. However my friend and I went there on New Years Eve, what a mistake! The waiter got the order wrong, brought something other than I ordered... then he proceeded to argue for ten minutes that ordering "a large pie" means no tomato sauce since I didn't use the word "pizza"... Maybe it was a miscommunication [although I never said a white pie], but there is no excuse for the rude, surly service... No attempt was made to rectify the error, they continued snicker and make condescending jokes and loudly argue with us, to the amazement of other customers. The manager later apologized and attempted make amends, but as far as we were concerned it was way too late.. the meal and the evening were down the tubes!! I don't recommend Angelo's!!
