Amazing, even for NY standards!
This place is just great! We came down here with my family for my sons birthday a few years back and were so impressed by the food quality, and how nice the people who worked their were. They treated us like we knew them for years. It was a little bit expensive but it was completly worth it. Recommend it to everyone!

Great lunch!
Stopped there on black Friday for lunch. It was expensive but the food was well worth it. It had been recommended to us by several New Yorkers, a couple of which we didn't even know personally. This was truly one of those successful events in NYC!

Best Italian in little italy
To the person who said that they paid $50 per plate of pasta, take a look at their menu, none of the pastas cost even close to that, and they have no problem with patrons splitting orders, as I did just that tonight when I had yet another very memorable experience at Angelo's. I brought an out of town guest who wanted to try authentic Italian in Little Italy, and we both left satisfied and once again impressed at the quality and quantity of the food. Not to be missed, especially if you're only going to be in NY for a few days.

Best food I've ever eaten
If I was going to get the electric chair, I would want Angelo's manicotti to be my last meal.

Not recommended
Food was not good. My wife split a chicken parm with our friend that came out hard as a rock. Our other friend ordered the filet that turned out to be a filet stew.

Chef Boy-Ar-Dee!
On 3/16 three family members and I visited Angelo's. We had a plate of hors d’oeuvres, 2 glasses of wine, and two orders of spaghetti. We shared the spaghetti plates. Each of us got only one meatball. They brought stale cold bread, and we paid $50 a plate for the spaghetti. The total was $177.51. Never again Mr. Chef Boy-Ar-Dee

So good
Stopped by with some family after it was recommended in unison by 4 traders at the NYSE. Great Capri salad, good house wine, excellent service, and the BEST puttanesca I've ever eaten.
