    It is what it is...

Needed to sit down and eat something fast one weekday around noon and they found me a table during the crowded lunch rush. The waitress was extremely personable and my food arrived within five minutes of ordering. It is not a fine dining establishment but a place to eat lunch with a friend during a shopping spree or on break from work. It is what it is.

    Disappointing

I visited this place during my trip to NY as wanted somewhere close to the hotel. I tried a Buffalo chicken Pizza and was disappointed. There was no love or care in the making of the tomato sauce as it was too watery this meant everything else fell off. The staff didn't do anything wrong but then didn't do anything to impress either. If cheap and cheerful is what your after then this will be ok

    Best pancakes in town

My husband and I were looking for a small, inexpensive coffee shop and was pleasantly surprised by our breakfasts... Pancakes were so light and fluffy and tasty! Looking forward to returning again...

    The best breakfast in town

As an English man in New York, I was most impressed with the service, absolutely excellent we were well looked after and the food was out of this world. Next time I'm in New York I will be in for my breakfast a big well done from little old England!

    Mother & daughter

The waitresses are great. The best banana splits! We ate there 2 times a day. Breakfast in the morning then a banana split at night. The only thing that keeps me not going as much is I love my coffee and the girls just don't slow down to give me a refill.

    Poor management

I had a party that arrived ahead of me and I showed up late. Everyone had their food so I ordered in a rush to catch up at which the server was wonderful and took my order down as fast as I sat but there was a problem in the kitchen. My turkey burger took over 40 min. I spoke to the manager who was a older man who I see on several occasions talking down to his workers. I asked him if I could get any thing discounted because of the long wait in which he gave me attitude and told me no take it or leave it. I will never return to this restaurant again. A prime example of poor customer service on the management side.

    walked out

needed a quick bite near macys. heard good things about this place so figured to check it out. walked in the place smelled of two day old burnt kitchen grease...eeh figured is was diner-greasy spoon...sat down. ordered a simple egg white omlette and side of cucumbers with skin off, for my wife and a burger for myself. the burger came looking like it was cooked last week and the cucumbers had the skin on with the waitress stating, "they refused to take the skin off". After commenting on the food and the manager looking at the food, as if he was asked to explain einstein's theory of relativity , we picked ourselves up and left...
