overpriced
Why bother when there are so many other places that will deliver better food, faster and cheaper? It is the same average food you can get anywhere. I have never been that impressed and I do not plan on going back.

No more 2nd chances!
Ok, I decided to give Andrew's another try since it had been a while since they took 2 hrs to deliver my food back in February. I was on the phone placing my order and a man(who's name escapes me right now) in a very annoyed manner said 'hold on!' and placed me on hold. About a minute later-literally-a lady picks up and asks to take my order. I told her I placed the order already. She told me that the man I spoke to said he never took my order and she should take it. I felt that was very rude and I didnt appreciate his tone and the way he treated me....maybe he knew I was the one to review Andrew's before this review! Ah well....Andrews has seen the last of me!

Unbelievable!
I placed an order at 10:02am and its 11:03 and they havent gotten here yet. I just received a call from them and they said no one was here...if you're familiar with the Trump Building, you'll know that its a huge building and someone is ALWAYS here. So they said they're going to make another order and send it back... there's an upside to it, I can do something else for lunch since I'll just be eating breakfast at noon!

good food, long, long, long, wait
My husband and I stopped in for breakfast one Saturday. It is a cute little diner but the service was awful. We waited 10 min for a menu. Then another 15 min for someone to take our order. Our drinks didn't come until our food came, about 25 min later. I can understand if it had been busy but there were many tables open and the waitresses were just standing around. We ordered a simple breakfast (bacon and eggs, BLT) and it took forever. The only reason we stayed is because there is not much open in the financial district on the weekends and we were hungry.

Don't order for delivery
I was recommended to try this cafe for breakfast food which is supposed to be decent for the neighborhood. However, the delivery service is awful. They made a mistake with my order completely and when I called to ask why, the response is that they ran out and decided to replace one component without calling me back. Plus the fact they got the eggs wrong leads me to believe that you can't count on them for delivery at peak hours. If you are a cafe that offers delivery, get it right or don't offer the service. The person on the phone was apologetic but if you're hungry and hung over and you asked for the simplest item on the menu and don't get what you want -- it's disappointing to say the least.

hopeful
The food comes out quickly and breakfast is pretty good. Generally the service is friendly; however, I recently had a very rude, impatient waitress who ruined this place for me. I work nearby and had begun frequenting Andrew's, but I probably won't return and certainly won't recommend it to any of my colleagues now.

Go for the food
Not for the service. the food is pretty cheap (for manhattan) an okay burger although i'd recommend casual grill down the street (i decided on andrews b/c it was sunday and casual is closed).
