Phenomenal customer service!
I have been dining at and ordering in from Andaz now for over a year. I have always been a fan of the food and the service. On Saturday evening we ordered a couple of dishes for delivery. The food arrived promptly, as I was serving it I realised that they had not sent the Nan that I had ordered. I called the restaurant. The gentleman on the phone apologised and said I would have it shortly. Within a few mins I took delivery of 2 nans and a complimentary dessert! That is just customer service at its best!

Great Food!!!!
Live in the UES and this is my go to Indian.....tremendous food, great value. Just try it once and you'll be a regular, guaranteed.

Great Indian food and Pani Puri!
Ever since I came back from India, I've been looking for a restaurant with pani puri. Andaz delivers, and the pani puri and everything I have ever had on the menu is delicious! Highly recommend!

Excellent food and the people are lovely!
My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner! I'm moving to the west side this Saturday and I will miss the food and excellent service from Andaz. You will not be disappointed with this restaurant. One thing, if you do go to the restaurant (as opposed to ordering in) I would recommend that you DO NOT sit by the window. Their one mistake was installing a neon light under the canopy outside - not very romantic! Sit in the back and you will enjoy the modern and clean Indian decor. FIVE STARS*****!

Excellent Indian Food and Excellent Value
Had the chicken tikka masala which was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, our food arrived in mere minutes and for two people, the total bill was $35. I don't think you can do much better than that on the Upper East Side!! Would definitely go again.
