Andaz

My cousin moved inot the upper east side recently. I helped her moved in. For dinner we did the online search for Indian food. Andaz popped way up in the list. We tried and loved it. We had Lasooni gobhi appetizer and Chicken tikka Masala and Sag paneer as main course with rice and Nan. All were amazing. They were fresh and flavorful. Now I have one more reason to visit my cousin. Two thumbs up.

This is my second experience with Andaz and I should not have given them a second chance. I had a 1 hour 15 minute delivery wait. My displeasure with the service notwithstanding, this place is still below average. My vindaloo was relatively tasteless and the chicken was dry. I enjoyed the roti and the saag, but those two items are on par with other average Indian places. Maybe it is better when you eat in but definitely not worth ordering. On my previous experience, I found the lunchbox a decent value but had a similarly long wait. Take you business elsewhere.

This is the best Indian in the neighborhood by far and the best I have had in the city. Always excellent. I also have never had problems with delivery, but I live close by.

They will always tell you it takes 30-40 minutes for delivery. This evening it was 90 minutes, arrived cold and was missing an item.

I must thank my girlfriend for recommending this new place. Andaz was beyond and above what I expected. Food is excellent. It taste good and fresh. Service is on the spot. This is my new hangout joint now.

Its always a delight to have an authentic Indian meal in the neighborhood. I'm turning a vegetarian for health reasons. Their Sag Paneer and Chana Masala is out of this world. I also love their Lamb chops and Malabar Shrimp curry. Their delivery is fast and efficient. But if you can always try to eat in. They treat you good and have excellent service. 5 star to them.

The food takes forever and the establishment does not care about their clients.
