A true Spanish experience in the heart of Manhattan

I am a Spanish food lover, and when I say this, I mean that everytime I go to Spain I choose the best restaurants to go to. Finnally I don't have to travel to Spain anymore to have a real Spanish meal!! The food is tremendous, I tried the Patatas Andanada, Pimientos del Shishito and Croquetas de Jamón and I cam say it felt like I was in Spain. But what is my surprise that around the middle of our dinner, a Flamenco couple started dancing and singing!! For sure, I'll be back!

    Lincoln Center Spot

This restaurant is a good surprise in this neibourghood. Nice decoration, nice staff and good food for a standard price. Very happy to have found this place for our pre/post Lincoln Center shows.

    Food quality

Most of the reviewers must have never had true Spanish food. This place is much too overrated. Paella was subpar. So many better ones in NYC given the flush of good Spanish food spots in the city.

    Exceptional Spanish Restaurant

My friend recommended it twice, so I wanted to give a try. They have a long tapas menu. We were a party of four people. We ordered 8 different tapas. Portions are big and food is delicious. They deserve all the success.

    Andanada: Missed the Mark

Its hard to put my finger on it. I met a few friends for drinks and dinner. The bar is stiff and unwelcoming. We had appetizers at the bar but they were not very good i'm sorry to report. The bread was not fresh and the presentation was off. It did not feel anymore appetizing at the table with our entrees. At least we tried. Andanada also tried but unfortunately missed the mark. Pass on it.

    Amazing dinner with my girlfriends

I'm not very familiar with Spanish restaurants. However, I came here because a co-worker really recommended this place. I'm very happy to take his advice. This restaurant is excellent. It has a very beautiful decor. We tried a different tapas: octopus, artichokes, brussels sprouts, iberian pork... every tapa was better than the previous one. They also have a long wine list, but we went for sangrias. They were delicious. I hope this restaurant last for many years in this neighborhood!

    Live Spain

A wonderfully diverse menu, excellently prepared with a well-selected wine list. I'm looking forward to returning.
