Food is Good
We enjoy everything we order from Anatolian ... It's a pricey dinner but I love their chicken gyro and shepards salad..

Worth a try
Sahara is still my favorite in Brooklyn, but Anatolian's a close second. Conveniently located to my home, cheaper than Sahara, and with different spices and flavors. It's really for take-out though, so if you want a nice dinner in a restaurant go to Sahara. That said, if I want to bring some middle eastern food home for dinner, I call Anatolian.

Better than sahara and tacis beyti
The food is great tasting and quality. The lamb gyro is crispy and juicy-- way better than tacis beyti and sahara. Price is very good also. For the people who say the atmosphere and service are lacking my response is 1. This isn't a restaurant, its a pick up gyro spot with chairs and tables if you want to eat there. They dont even have a waiter most times, just the guys behind the counter, and 2. The guys are kind of rude but this is brooklyn, everyone's pretty rude, just dont be a punk and be rude back and everything works great. Been eating turkish food in sheepshead bay for many years, and as sahara and tacis have went down the drains anatolin remains delicious.

Great
This is the first time I brought my parents there. I was surprised they actually liked it a lot; especially the Gyro Lamb and the fish. And the good service, Definitely will be back again soon!

Disappointing
Their food is great, though incredibly overpriced ($9 for a large cacik (yogurt)? Really?). The people that work there are incredibly snippy and rude.

Good food, poor attitudes by staff
I have been ordering from Anatolian Gyro for many years. I wish I knew another good reasonable Gyro restaurant in the Sheepshead Bay area because the staff is so unfriendly. When you call to place your order for pick up they tell you they cannot make things the way you want it.
