Needs Improvement
This is the lower-end pizzeria owned by Albano Ballerini, who also operates the higher-end Aliseo del Borgo across the street. The pizzas are decent, brick-oven affairs -- ok by local standards, but not nearly as good as Franny's, which is just a few blocks away on Flatbush. The place is decent spot popular with families with small kids. (Not a bad thing, but it slows everything down.) The real 'black eye', however, is the SERVICE. Ouch! We've seen the staff be rude and indifferent in equal measure. With many good options in the neighborhood, I would give this a pass until they fire the useless people who work there.

Outstanding Food, Service Needs Improvement
I just called to place an order for something I ordered at a friend's house: Antipasto (divine) and a Margherita pizza (also divine). I was so impressed with the food that I wanted my roommates to experience this new find in my neighborhood. Though I am four blocks away (Sterling between Bedford and Franklin), I was told rudely by a very curt woman on the phone that I was out of the delivery zone. How is this possible? She said, "Oh, we don't deliver that far." You don't deliver four blocks away, Amorina? When I explained that I lived on the corner of Franklin --their cutoff street -- though technically between Bedford and Franklin, so reminded me firmly that I am out of their delivery zone, and "Would you like to pick up the order or should I cancel it?" Yikes. In conclusion, I can only don't expect this restaurant to go out of their way for you. Eat in, but don't order out, unless you want to deal with an unyielding and unfriendly staff.

Consistently great
We order from Amorina on a weekly basis and are never disappointed. The food is fresh and delicious every time. (And delivery times are very reasonable.) I also love to eat there and am envious of those sitting down whenever I pick up. Not one to miss and a great part of the neighborhood.

Yum
First time eating here had the zuchini pizza. It was delicious! Will go back.

One of the best crusts I've had lately in the 5 boroughs.
Full disclosure: I have not tried the slices, but rather the whole pies, both at the place and through delivery. I do wish if I saw more flexibility with the toppings, as well as the range of spice, it would be a better place to order from! But its really good thin crust that folds surprisingly well, and they serve REALLY good bread!

Unpredictable
I've been to Amorina numerous times, and to be fair most of the times it does not disappoint. It's a cozy little place, very friendly and affordable, good service. I recommended this place to a lot of my friends for their thin-crust creative pizzas. However, last couple of times I found the food to be not that great. I took my friends there the other day, and I don't think they were that impressed.

Well crafted personal pizzas
I visited Amorina with some friends. We all had individual pizzas, each with different toppings and flavors. All were well proportioned, and featured a thin crust with good crunch and texture. I always administer the "floppy crust" test - and this pizza gets a B+. It won't fall under the weight of the toppings. Speaking of toppings, they range from traditional to adventurous. Savory to slightly sweet. All three variations we tried were fresh, distinct, and flavorful. Drinks aren't too expensive, and the ambience is pleasant, though nothing striking. Enjoy
