At first this place may not look like much. A typical deli you can find just about anywhere in the city. But what makes this place so great is the consistently great food this place serves (not to mention the great prices). I have been visiting Americas for about 2 years (I live just two doors down) and cannot break my addiction. From the tuna melts to the ham veracruz paninis, to the veggie burgers and the egg/cheese on a roll for breakfast, everything I tried here (and I've tried almost everything) has been absolutely delicious. I'll admit living just two doors down does make the delivery incredibly fast, but it is not just the quick delivery time that keeps drawing me back. This place really does have a great variety and everything they make is delicious and fresh every time. We order from americas at least 3 times a week and have not been dissapointed yet. I'm sad to say I'll be moving away from the area next month-- I will really really miss this place.

I can never decide if I want a panini or wrap from this place because everything here is so good. I can't say I have just one favorite. The prices are reasonable and they deliver in a hurry. Try this place and you won't be sorry.

The grey, yellowish, dry, pre-ccoked patty hit the grill, and I said, "Please make me a fresh burger." The cook happily did. However, I should not have had to ask. Upper East Side and high prices are not the issue food should be made fresh when you order it, otherwise go for fast food, where at least it's fresh off the assembly-line. I stuck to the burgers because the reviews said that was where the quality was, and frankly, they were more than adequate and served by a friendly staff. Just keep your eye on them and make sure that it's cooked to order.

This place simply awesome. Fast delivery, outstanding service, friendly staff, great atmosphere, reasonable prices and amazing food. The panini's are delicious. You have to try this place!!!

I have been ordering both breakfast and lunch from this place for about two years. I have not been disappointed yet. From the burgers with cheese fries, to the Gyro, and Chicken salads. and you have to try the western omlete. The only thing i really don't buy from them to much is the coffee its a bit to bitter. but everything else is great.

I can't tell you how many times I've ordered dinner from this restaurant and had to call back to check on my food. The other night I figured out why. I decided to eat in and couldn't help but over hear a call coming in. The manager said, "the guy must have gotten lost". Something I've heard many times myself. Truth be told, he was so busy flirting with the customers, he forgot to put the order in. Eat in or carry out.......but if you're calling from home, make sure to have some snacks on hand.

The burgers at this place really are smashing. I am astonished at how fast the delivery is and the food is of the hizzle. It is completly swell
