Can't be beat
Where else can you order ham with eggs and melted cheese on top at 3 AM and have it be delicious? Enough said.

Best Deli Ever!!
Gotta love this place. Best grilled cheese and bacon. The grill is always open and the service is always fast. Amazingly cheap yet consistently good. Not to mention they deliver (no minimum) super fast.

cheap and reliable
Getting a bacon cheeseburger and fries here is almost as cheap as MacDonalds! They use patties for the beef burgers, but turkey burgers are a little better. The food always arrives too hot to eat right away! That's how quick they are. No complaints, and can't beat the prices.

What would we do without Americana?!?!
I've been ordering from Americana for almost five years. For a great cup of coffee on your way to work, or for sandwich at 3 AM, give this place a try. The guys who work there are super friendly, the items are VERY reasonably priced, and the delivery time is quite quick. My roomate and I order from here several times a week - we have never had any problems. Way to go, Americana!

Neighborhood mainstay
i've been ordering delivery from Americana for at least 10 years and if you live in the immediate neighborhood, it's the best delivery place around. The food is always hot, delivery guys super nice (for me, they bring food up 4 flights of stairs no prob), great prices -- especially for the UWS. ordering on the phone is usually a process, but they hardly ever make a mistake in the order. the taco plate is pretty good, as are their grill-style omelettes. i like the chicken cutlet sandwich (hot, with let, tom, mayo). gyro with fries is also very good though obviously a gut-buster. americana is a great neighborhood bodega. there are so few of these places left in the hood anymore, i am so thankful a place with such nice people working so hard and doing such a great job exists.

Good food, poor service
Prepare to state your residence at least five times and have your delivery guy call you to say he's waiting outside when he isn't yet. Good food, fast service, but occasionally inconsiderate. Delivery guy will buzz your house like 10 times while you head downstairs, waking up your roomates, female friends and possibly neighbors. What can you do? If you're too far from city diner, suck it up and get Americana.
