Seems like new management. Dined there last night, notice taped on front door...discontinued frequent diner card with no real explanations. That's too bad...there are better Sushi/Fusion restaurants in neighborhood ... The frequent diner card kept me coming back...not worth it any longer.

I don't mind Amber sushi - but it's clearly a second-class sushi spot and it's comparably priced with better places-- so why go here? My wife and I live in the neighborhood and we stopped going here recently. Over it.

This is one of my favorite restuarants on the UES. The lunch special is the best deal in town and the quality is never compromised - always generous portions and fresh. The back room at night is such a special place - full of atmosphere and void of attitude. My most recent experience was beyond. I went for lunch with my dog in tow. I sat outside - and even my pup was offered water. When the skies opened up and it started to pour, they let us sneak inside for cover until the rain let up. Amber and the staff are on my "A" list.

3 orders = 3 perfect meal. best Pad Thai I've ordered in this city. So good, that I couldn't stop thinking of it... :D I needed to re-order 2 days later. And the Coconut Green Curry with chicken and veggies: simply delicious and enough for two girls. :) And now you can order on seamless mobile app with 10% discount. Love it!

If you go here as a couple, be prepared to be sitting on top of the table next to you. we were so close that the woman's perfume next to me was wafting over our table. The steamed vegetable dumplings were so over cooked that they fell apart as you tried to pick them up. The grilled eggplant with hoisin sauce was raw inside. We had to return it. The sushi was ok but the size of the rolls were small.all in all a disappointing meal.

Amazing sushi. Shumai and field green salad are great..Ginger dressing is unbeatable. I absolutely love this place!
