good food but customer service is poor!
I've been going to Altus since it opened. Before, the service was okay because at least the host and servers tried hard to please the customers, and the food was always good. But recently, I went to Altus for my birthday. The host was rude. One busboy slammed the water down, no bread was offered while we waited. The other busboys were in a rush, and the waiter was completely unattentive, even during the few moments that he did talk to us. Food was good, drinks were watered down, birthday cake was blah, espresso was burnt. There seems to be a new chef. In the end, a birthday dinner for two (each had one drink, one appetizer, and one entree) with a birthday cake (charged $9) and espresso came out to a total of $143. They charged a 18% tip automatically (beware!), and shortchanged us $5 cash for which we had to correct them. Altus will not see me nor anybody I know until they fix themselves.

Ta Bien!
Place is amazing.. But the prices are too high for a small plate of salmon or steak... The food is great however please improve your customer service..... Increase size portions...

Please take credit cards by phone
Loved ordering from here but you stopped taking credit cards by phone. That's bad for business! Please, accept credit cards for delivery! Get a handheld imprint machine. Otherwise you are doomed.

Amazing, classy, sexy, delicious
I love this place. The food & drinks are great. Good size portions. I love the goat cheese salad, guacomole, free range chicken. Its totally a must go to resturant.

Great food, disappointing drinks.
The food is delish. The drinks were terrible. The music a bit loud for a restaurant. and the service could be better also. I wish they had take out because the food is the only thing that will make me go back.

One of the BEST
One of the best restaurant in the area. Service is ok, Food is great, cocktails are fantastic. Love it

Nice restaurant in the Heights
We went for brunch today and the place was empty. Too bad - the decor is beautiful and the food was really delicious, if a little pricey. I loved it and I would definitely go back for a special occasion but the prices are too high for me to make it a regular spot. We loved the bottomless mimosas!
