it's pretty much the perfect place
convenience counts and dumbo isn't convenient to much. almondine is THE great culinary addition to the neighborhood of the past 5 years, if you don't count the indian buffet that was open for one hot minute a few years back. so many things to like about this place.

Lovely Little Place
Almondine is a sweet and lovely bakery. Everything on the menu is beautiful and meticulously presented. The items I've tried have been equally delicious. Even though the place is often packed, the service is always friendly and the staff takes time to answer questions about the products. It's tough to pass by without at least grabbing a great cup of coffee and a crossiant or baguette.

Great home-made soups and pastries
This is a small place that produces consistently good food. Great french pastries, excellent home-made soups, and tasty sandwhiches fit for a king.

Great place for a snack in Dumbo
Great coffee, pastries, sandwiches, can't be beat. It is a small cafe with excellent food.
