Good food, poor service
I have gone to and ordered from Ali Baba many times. However, recently I ordered from them, and when my order came it was missing two items. When I called back to tell them, they were very rude to me, and two people yelled at me that I was wrong and told me that it was my fault for not correcting them when they read my order back to me. I politely told them that when they read my order back, it included these items, and they finally told me they would deliver my items. The delivery took three hours. I will never order from them again.

A local treasure!
I have yet to be disappointed. The food is excellent and the service is friendly. The portions are pretty large so come hungry.

A wonderful restaurant!
Fantastic food! The best babaganoush in NYC (second only to El Morocco in Worcester, Mass.) Great falafel, hummus, eggplant salad (different from the babaganoush). Everything is excellent!

Terrific Meal
I absolutely love the food at Ali Baba. Although the service can be a bit slow and somewhat scattered, the food is so delicious, waiting for the bill or the change really doesn't seem like much of a bother. The lebni is out of this world!
