Just Bad Customer service
After ordering from them at least twice a week for nearly a year, they told me tonight that my 15 dollar order is not enough low..so I am no longer going to get my Indian food from them. They have no idea how to retain loyal customers.

Wow!!
Having enjoyed Indian food for over 25 years at restaurants all over Boston, London and San Francisco, this is the best I have ever had. We loved every single thing we ordered, the service was very attentive and they were accommodating to our seating preferences. We especially loved the coconut samosas, chicken korma, and special naan (like no other I have had!). It is a BYOB and they kindly directed us to the nearest place to purchase beer. Go!! You will not regret it. Be sure to try the fennel seed mixture on your way out.

great place - great food
The food is the best, the service wonderful. I love the Chicken Tikka Masala, The Coconut Soup and the Alachi MAsala Special Naan.

Authentic!
I was brought to Alachi Masala by a friend who is an Indian food Connoisseur and wow I'm glad to have found this place. The flavors are real and not overpowered by spice and grease. We had the tandoori shrimp, chicken biryani and the tikka masala....meats are super moist. To top the great dinner came an outstanding dessert - Rasmalai( I still dream of it!).These are cottage cheese dumplings like i have never had before. Just try these and they will be a reason enough to come back. I live close to Indian market in Jackson Heights and have tried every co called authentic place on the row - but none like this one. Keep up the good job!

Disappointing Chicken Tikka Masala Ever
Had the food delivered in a timely fashion... The saag paneer was okay but everything else was very very disappointing.

Even my mother liked it
Over the years I have dabbled in Indian but it wasnt until I came here that i became a believer. An addict. Even my mother who was an outspoken hater of Indian fell in love with it and can't wait to come back to the city to eat it again.
