I think that charging $14 for pasta for lunch is okay. However, the portions are just adequate enough for a child, not an adult.

Well worth the effort of eating here, better than 99 percent of Manhattan Italian Restaurants, including those overpriced places in Little Italy.

I am sure I am not the only one, but I have eaten here several times. It's just very nice food, that's it! You are sqeezzzed in truly like a sardine, the portions are more polenta than anything else, and quite frankly the owner with the wild hair is simply pompous and unfriendlty. Sorry all you al di la groupies , but the truth is the truth!

Al Di La... wow! Went for Valentine's dinner, and although we had to put our name on a list and wait about an hour and a half for our table, it was sooooo worth it. We were able to grab a glass of wine at the wine bar just behind the main restaurant... great selections. The food was simply amazing, and the staff was fantastic. Al Di La, in my opinion, is totally worth the hype... definitely my favorite Park Slope restaurant.

Seriously, every time my boyfriend and I want to go out to eat, we can't think of any place better to go. It's always super!

Amazing service. Inventive flavors. Delicious meat sauce. Will definitely return.
