Really good
I eat here with my young son every week and have been doing so for several years. The food is always quite good and the folks who manage it have a very friendly staff. They often have something called "live scallop" which is fantastic. Desert is very well priced (for example, some places charge $6-8 for ice cream; it's only $3.50 here). I highly recommend this place.

poor service and delivery
It's 8:55pm, I placed my order at 7:35pm. It has yet to arrive. This isn't the first time this has happened to me with this restaurant, but this has been the worse by far. They called me at 8:16pm, about 40 minutes after I ordered to tell me that they were out of tempura ice cream. They should've been knocking on my door by then. When I asked when they were going to deliver, he said about 10 to 15 minutes. I called at 8:50pm, and he told me that he had spoken to his delivery person and that he must have lied to him. Hm.. The food is ok, it's not worth the wait and hassle and poor service.

You can do better
I ordered delivery from here and was disappointed. It took 40 minutes, and I didn't order a huge amount. The sushi was about average, nothing spectacular. The soup was just OK and the salad tasted like it was getting old. It wasn't terrible, but 40 minute for delivery is not OK with me...try somewhere else.

Unpleasant experience
They delivered like lightening but the fish was skimp and slightly whiffy. To make it even worse they gave me only enough soy sauce and wasabi to eat half my food. I actually had to try using english mustard as a substitute, can you imagine! After this experience I was actually afraid to order in sushi from any place again.

Solid sushi! great delivery
This place is a solid weekday japanese joint. the sushi is so good, as is the other stuff on their menu. the servers are really nice, and the delivery is pretty quick. a great value!

Not so bad
I dined in at Aki Sushi recently and I thought that, while the service was excellent, the sushi was only ok. Don't get me wrong- it's not bad, but it's not great either. I particularly felt that the "spicy" rolls had just that...too much spicy mixed in. They were a little on the wet side for me; masking the true taste of the fish itself. Besides that, the sweet potato rolls were really good.
