Tasty/fast/delicious
The food here is sooo good. The fact that they are so busy lunchtime is clearly testament to the quality of their cooking. They are always friendly and serve with a smile. I don't mind waiting for my gyro for takeout because it's just that good. It's in my batting lineup for lunch at least 2x/wk. Akdeniz, keep up the good work!

The Best of the Best
People have been ordering from this restaurant for years and I've never given it a shot till last night. Wow... That just about sums it up. Everything from the Salmon to the Meatballs to the Mixed Grill was fantastic! The grilled salmon especially was perfectly cooked and could compare to some of the top spots in NYC, no joke! We ordered around 6:45pm, the food was at our office by 7:10pm and the bread was still hot... What a great meal, it made working late a little more tolerable. Thanks Again!

Starting to cut corners
This place does have very tasty food, but I've noticed that they have been a bit stingy, particularly for delivery. They are literally the most popular spot on Seamless Web, and they are not delivering the same product. For example, the Sultan's Delight used to come with great grilled Tomatoes and Peppers - now it just has a few carrots. Still good, just not what it used to be.

Great food!
Very good food, prepared simply and well, Food is very fresh and quite tasty!. Portions are good and service is excellent. All at an extremely reasonable price . Complete vegetarian dishes are available. Finally i have found a place has a great vegetarian dishes; lebni, humus, falafel,unlimited topping salads... Great place. Highly recommended.

Bad service, average food
Our table of 3 arrived for lunch and we were wedged in an unappealing corner, directly under the computer waiters use to register orders. This rendered one of the seats at the table completely unusable. When we asked about another table (there were plenty open) we were told the other tables were only for 4 people. Then we ordered (2 salads, a falafel platter, and babaganoush for the table) and were instructed to order 2 additional dishes, since they had a 'requirement' for everyone at the table to order either an entree or a salad AND appetizer (not a requirement that was on the menu!) To top it all off, the food was mediocre. They refused to bring pita to accompany the falafel; the salads were mostly iceberg. We will absolutely not be returning!

Best Turkish kebap
I'm really fond of Turkish food but not everywhere is doing it good. However, Akdeniz was amazing! They have the best Turkish kebap and very delicious appetizers. I especially loved eggplant with sauce. I went there a couple of times after and I tried different meals each time and they were all amazing. Lamb shish and babaganush is my other favorites. The atmosphere is also great, they are really nice people! I'll definitely keep going there. Thanks Akdeniz for introducing me such great food!
