Will come back!
I tried the regular pork ajisen ramen, fell in love with. It was came with 4 juicy fat bbq pork. My wife wasn't in a ramen mood and decided to try to special rolls. I must say the American Dream Roll, which is a shrimp tempura roll was very good. The Sexy Girl roll was also quite delicious. Will and Company will come back!

Not recommended
Took a chance and deviated from my usual sushi and chinese combo place. I ordered a wide range of apps and entrees, sesame octopus, lobster salad roll, crab and roe salad, seafood ramen. There was honestly not one redeeming quality of anything with the exception of the ramen, which was passable, but far from memorable. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Left Satisfied
This was my first time trying Ajisen Ramen and I must say it was well worth the price. I had the Seafood Ramen and my boyfriend had the Ajisen Deluxe Ramen. Seafood contained of 2 pieces of shrimp, squid balls, crap meat, and veggies. While, the deluxe had 3 pieces of pork and one tender rib, which i had a bite of, was very juicy and tender. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back in the near future.

Good ramen, skip sashimi
I like this place for the ramen. I don't like the sashimi, cuts are too thick for the quality of fish they are working with. But there are many types of interesting, delicious ramen. The menu is easier to understand at the restaurant: lots of pictures to describe the differences between the ramen options.
