    pleasantly surprised

It seems as though this location is cursed - several restaurants have turned over rather quickly at this location. Hope this one sticks - good food, nice wine list. Our server was excellent. Prices are quite steep for some menu items however. It is a fun and lively place in the neighborhood so we will return.

    Great Place... Surprised

Ordered from here..food was AMAZING!!! Went by for brunch and the place was super busy. Food is great and the place is really solid for union square people!

    Strong Scene, Weak Food

Scene is very good, picks up with a solid crowd after 7pm, low/mid 30 crowd. For food, mixed feelings. Went back to back weeks...first time, group of 3 orderd the burgers which we all enjoyed...2nd time we ordered apps (wings & nachose, both were good) and entrees to follow. The steak was subpar, would compare it to a TGIF steak (very weak). Do not go here for a steak, trust me. Mussels did not taste right. The lamb shank was decent, but thought it had a ton of fat. Chicken Brick was good, but boring...its just chicken. So overall, like the scene and atmosphere, especially considering that UnSq area doesnt really have many good choices for atmosphere. For the food, stick to the bar food choices, apps/sliders/burgers...stay away from the entrees (very weak).
