    Muy Bien!

My fiance and I ate lunch here after seeing this place on food network and we loved it. The decor is soo cute and it was a warm day so the windows were open and it had a breezy mexican feel. The drinks were great. Tequila Mojito is a must try. The Prickly pear margarita was also very tasty. Should be though for 10$ a drink. The bartender was very nice and personable. As for the food, The grilled corn on the cob was very tasty it had a little spice to it. We also had the Tuna tostada appetizer which was great!! The steak and mushroom quesadilla was the best Ive had. The chicken sandwiches are also tasty and make sure to get the Garlicky frites (fries). we are going to go back for dinner very soon!

Great for groups, sharing, and drinks

I went during the week - the place was not empty but not overly crowded - seated immediately, with drinks on the way - countless great specialy drinks, and the appetizers were tremenous - the best entrees were the kobe beef fajitas and the short ribs - a little overpriced, but a great location and plenty of surrounding bars to go out to afterwards if you want to avoid drinking there! highly recommended

    Unpleasant experience

I had reservations for eight at 8:30pm on Saturday the 7th (a birthday celebration). They called at 8:20 to confirm we were coming and we said we were. When we arrived our table had obviously just been given away and we ended up waiting an HOUR AND 20 MINUTES for the table, with barely a sympathetic ear from the staff (although our server was very nice once we finally sat down). No apologies and very cold shoulders when we continually inquired about the status of our table. No round of drinks or apps to keep us in good spirits during the unforgivable delay. Our one "treat" was a small glass of orange margarita at the end of the night (around midnight). After none of us needed any more to drink. When I called the following day to complain, the manager made excuses until I finally ASKED for an apology. I never write reviews (good or bad) but this was such an egregious situation I had to share. And I wasn't overwhelmed by the food once it came....

    Great experience

Went here for new year's eve dinner with my boyfriend and two out-of-town guests--we had a fantastic experience! Wonderful service, (they were especially attentive and accomodating to my boyfriend's food allergies), delicious food (the vegan tacos were especially good) and festive atmosphere. The sangria was a little expensive ($35 a pitcher) in comparison to the price of the food, but tasty with lots of fruit. I'll definitely be back---hopefully soon.

    Great food and place!

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we couldn't have been happier! The place is set up really nice and romantic and our sever was so attentive. The food was excellent! Great date place!

    Not great, not quite bad

The hostess was very nice, yet she wouldn't seat us when 3 out of our 4 person party were there. This seems odd since the table would not have mattered, and we told her that we would be promptly ordering drinks. Once we were seated, we waited about 15 minutes before anybody acknowledged our existence, despite the fact that it wasn't busy at all. The food was mediocre, at best. Although the restaurant had a cozy atmopshere, we will not return.

Don't come here for a romantic dinner, but dinner with your friend you haven't seen in a while, or post work drinks. Agave is fabulous for those drinking and laughing evenings. And the goat cheese, asparagus, fire roasted tomato quesadilla is just about my favorite thing in the world.
