Try this place ! i've been coming here for years. My entire extended family makes me bring it over when i visit. I never order anything but the lamb kefta kebab plate. Even the rice and the bread is delectable! The service is ok; they're nice enough, but slow. but, after all these years, it's still worth it.

Okay, I really don't want to repeat the other guy's complaint, but they really do not know how to deliver. Let's see, I placed my delivery order 2 hours ago?! The trouble is that the food here is very good (almost the only Afghan option on the East Side), the owner and staff seem quite pleasant and nice in person, and they take the order fine over the phone. But then they never show up. It is bizarre. Maybe if everyone ordering from this place tells the person on the phone that they have heard of this problem and want their food in under an hour, it will be fixed. It's worth a try. Otherwise, we'll have to assume they do not really deliver, though they say they do.

I ordered food from this restaurant, and 45 minutes later, it had not arrived. When I called, the person on the other end said oh, sorry, we're just waiting for a delivery person. I said, ok, how long will that be? Oh, another 20 minutes or so. I said, you know what, I'll just come pick it up (it was only 2 blocks away) and when I arrived at the restaurant, there were six tables of diners glumly sitting there, none of them with food being served. They packed up my order and I paid, but when I got it home, I saw they had charged me for a dessert they hadn't put in the bag. The food was ok, but not great. I say, if you're really hungry, avoid this place.

The food is absolutely amazing. Just writing this makes me want to go get it, Best Value: Combo Platter. You get to sample large serving of Chicken, Lamb & Beef over tasty rice. I came to know this place by ordering from work. Now, I travel from Brooklyn just to get the food.

The Chicken Kebab with rice is amazing. It is very reasonably priced as well. The service is very good as well and take out is very efficient. Definitely try this place!

I'm so glad we tried it. If you like Indian food, but don't like the spiciness, you'll love this Afghani food. Also very good for vegetarians.

If you're looking to experience simple good food, and friendly, try this place. I think my friends and I tried everything on the menu, and nothing failed to satisfy.
