Great food like this deserves better. The poor service, turnaround times on delivery, chaotic atmosphere of the restaurant itself - it's all a disservice to the experience you should have when eating this food. When served hot and within a reasonable amount of time, it can be pretty amazing stuff, but I'm worn out trying to figure out what the odds are of that happening. On numerous occasions I've had my order taken incorrectly, had my food arrive cold, waited 2 hours for delivery that was promised in 30 minutes - it all adds up to great food that's been saddled with a bad reputation thanks to the inattentive, rude and clueless staff. No more. They've worn me down and I'm in search of another gourmet pizza bar, even if it means having to hop on the subway to find it.

No matter how much a business grows, it should never loose sight of their customer's satisfaction. Very poor service in house and delivery.

The service is quite poor but the pizza and salads are good. The scallops are great also!

Large, busy, noisy train station of a place. Very hard to get a waiter's attention. Once the food arrives (and that can take a while), it is decent.

I used to live in the neighborhood and would frequent Adrienne's often (last summer). The food and service were much better then. I went last weekend at 4:30 pm. It was not crowded yet, so there was no excuse for the attitude and rush-job from the server. He wanted to take our order the moment we sat down (we didn't even have menus yet) and rolled his eyes when we asked for menus. He handed them to us and said, "Let's go ladies, decide what you want". Their square pizza used to be fabulous, and that's what we ordered. It was good, but not as great as it used to be. At least the beers were nice and cold, but it took forever to get a second round. And I repeat, there was no crowd - our waiter was just standing there talking to another server. He was just rude and smarmy the entire time we were there, and for no reason. I always tip at least 20%, and this guy got 15%, which I haven't done in at least 10 years. You have to be a real schmuck for me to give you less than 20%. I like the food and I love the atmosphere of Stone Street, but nothing is worth dealing with such rudeness. I won't be giving them my business again.

The pizza is good, though generally the crust is undercooked in the center, but great flavor allows you to overlook the soft crust. Service is subpar, The majority of the waiters are extremely rude and even drinks are a long wait. I recommend if your want to sit outside for pizza and have time to spare.

This is without question the best delivery pizza in the Financial District. The delivery is slow and overall is expensive, but well worth the wait and price.
