This place has potential but until Chef Ramsay shows up and shakes things up, this place will soon be out of business. As for the pizza, its good when its not burnt to the core. The service, as noted by others and as experienced by me, is not good. They think they are doing you a favor by charging you 10x what Pizza should cost. P.S. Delivery is not recommended.

The pizza is really great and worth the extra price, although you'd better know what you want before the snappy waitress comes around or you'll be sorry and don't plan to stick around when you're done - the bus boys will throw you out on your ear. Altogether, the pizza makes up for the crabby and rushed service.

...and that means a lot in this neighborhood. Sunday is my peak pizza consuming day. Adrienne's pizza is not a traditional pizzeria pizza. The quality is very high and the prices are higher than average but it is worth it

On the plus side, the pizza is fantastic. My personal favorite downtown and possibly in the entire city. Unfortunately, delivery is a different story. The people who answer the phone are, to be generous, rushed. Downright rude might also be accurate. Much more of a problem, you have to accept a 1 hour, or sometimes a 1 and 1/2 hour window for delivery. And then they miss the window. After one of these times, and after argument, they agreed to refund part of the bill. But we've been burnt too many times they're simply too unreliable for corporate deliveries, and they've lost a customer. When ordering pizza feels like dealing with the cable company, there's a problem.

Obnoxious "order girl" makes ordering from Adrienne's a pain. When you place an order the least someone can do is give you your total and not rush you off the phone... Also, quality of pizza has been starting to head down hill... soggy texture, not as good as it used to be... They took all the fame and credit for what they once were and have made themselves seem like a high end trendy place that cranks out poor quality food and places customers last on their list of priorities.

I was told that the pizza was great however i will never go there to try it out. The delivery service is not good. They told me they need an hour timeframe and that they cannot guarantee what time they would come! I felt like I was setting up an appointment for the cable. For individual orders I can understand but not for corporate events. I guess the comment below was right, don't get anything delivered.

I called to order one pie and was forced to order a minimum of 2 for delivery. I was ok with that, even though it cost me $35 per pie. Then i called back not 2 min later to change one of my pies from toppings to plain and was told I could not. I was told that even if the pies are not made yet they were "stacked" and could not be changed, but they said it was not a problem for me to order an additional pie. 3 pies of pizza should not cost almost a $100. Especially when I could name 10 pizza places in NY that are far better.
