Service is at an all time low
I have been a patron of this place since it opened. My office is only a couple of blocks away. Not only had we gone there at least once a week for either lunch or dinner but we used to order from them, take out, to celebrate employee birthdays. Last week I went with a group of clients and we were seated at an open table outside. We were waiting for one other person when a rude waitress asked us to get up and relinquish our seats. We explained we were already seated by someone else and she said it didn't matter and that we could not wait for someone at a table. On average our tabs run between three and four hundred dollars. The wait staff needs a serious talking to.

Not as good as expected
I have heard a lot about this place and maybe my expectations were a bit high. The dough was kind of dry. I did think the Pepperoni was the best since it was nice and juicy. We ordered the pizza for delivery so I am not sure how dining atmosphere is. I kind of felt overall it was a bit expensive for the taste.

Great Pizza - Poor Staff
What a pity that this great pizza comes coupled with poor service. I agree with some of the other reviews. i feel like the waiters are doing you a favor by accommodating you. one waiter even had the audacity to ask me to go to another restaurant on the street since there was a wait to eat outside on a beautiful summer night. However, the pizza is great. not sure if its worth the service though.

Some of the best pizza in the city.
I have been all over the city trying to find the "best pizza" in New York and I think this is it. The other people on this list obviously don't get out much, because this beats anything I have ever been to. Atmosphere is great, very modern and great place to chat with friends. To those that get it delivered...what do you expect from an actual pizza place, get off your butts and walk the four blocks.

Not bad and better than anticipated...
Two friends and I ate at Adrienne's last night and had a wonderful time! Service, despite reviews I had read, was much better than anticipated- waitress was friendly and quick respond. (Frankly, after reading other reviews, I couldn't understand why my friend wanted to meet here!) Antipasta was delicious, wine was great, pizza was tasty but crust was a bit soggy. Overall, no real complaints... we'll be back!

Crowded & Noisy
Delivery is not recommended, waited over one hour for delivery and had to call for updated status, located only 4 blocks away. The food is expensive, but delicious! The restaurant is always packed, plan to wait at least 20 minutes and yell over other patrons to be able to converse with your party. During the summer months definitely try to eat outside.

it really is a SHAME
WOW I can't believe how far this place has fallen....my pizza was an hour later than there 1 hour window and the pizza was cold, soggy and salty..and al ths on a tues....what a difference a year makes...I used to love the chef but this place is murdering his rep......all I Can say is WOW
