What can I say... Awesome Pizza, and great value. Only thing is even when placing an order of the phone, they still manage to find a way to be rude to you. I am not sure if it is the brisk, emotionless inquisition of your order, or the feeling that you have made their night that little bit busier because you love their pizza. It does all come into shape when after telling you the delivery time and they hang up the phone with out a thanks or even waiting for you to thank them. Either way, it seems that the service has not rubbed off on the pizza as it truly is the best around.

The food, atmosphere and value are great, however the servers are often incompetent or rude. This place would be fabulous if they could get there service level up.

Have lived downtown for over a year and am kicking myself that I JUST now went to Adrienne's. We had the prosciuto & arugala pizza...it was amazing! PS- the 10" round pies are larger than a "personal" pizza, which is what they try tell you. We also had their scallop and mushroom risotto special, also very good. Service was not so good...our waiter was spending too much time chit chatting with friends.

I do not understand why people like his place. It is overhyped. The prices are ridiculous. The pizza is hard and flavorless unless you get a topping that has flavor. And that is if you eat at the restaurant! I live right around the corner and had Adrienne's delivered one rainy Friday night. It took 40 minutes! The pizza was COLD and hard. After being charged for 2 toppings (even if you do half and half you get charged full priced as the menu clearly states which I had no problem with until I got the pizza) they did not even get my toppings right! They offered me a new pizza but it would take 30 minutes to be delivered or picked up or the next time I come, they would give me a free topping since I did not want to wait another 30 minutes to eat! I was starving and ate the few parts that were so so and unfortunately threw the rest out. I would never go back to this establishment. Overpriced and overhyped!

Adrienne's definitely serves up one of the best pizzas in new york. Both their thin crust and their sheet pizza are amazing. I will agree that it is a stretch to order delivery (maybe their sheet pizza would be ok) but their thin crust got quite soggy en route.

My husband and I LOVE this place! We even had our rehearsal dinner here. The pizza is so amazing. The atmosphere is loud and the music is club-y, but that's just the style of the place. The pizza also does well as delivery or take out!

Because that is the tip we left the ruddest waitress we have ever had in our life. I get it. She is standing all day, so do I. She is around people, so am I. But boy did she forget she is in the SERVICE industry. She proceeded to take our order, when I asked for no grated cheese on the pizza she huffed and puffed and said I am not sure if I can do that. When we asked for water she rolled her eyes. The PIZZA was amazing but she was not. I would go back, but I am calling to see when the rude waitress is off duty.
