Tasty pizza, trendy atmosphere. Was busy but was seated right away. Tables too close together. They could do with one less table. Pizza was tasty but soggy and wet on the bottom. They could avoid that by drying the ingredients before putting them on, cooking it longer, or cooking it on a rack. They did not have lambrusco or riesling by the glass. Paying bill was slow. They refilled water without asking. Would come back.

This place is one of my favorites in the area. Their food is always great and I've never had a bad experience there since they opened. I can understand people complaining about service (because it's always busy) but personally I have been always treated amazing.

Ate here for lunch after going on the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour when my parents came to visit New York. We got the rectangle flat pan pizza with assorted toppings and I just have to say that it is the best pizza I've had in NY. I definitely recommend Adriennes Pizza Bar.

Needs new phone receptionist's with better customer service skills, and personality. They need someone that cares about their job to have the position. Really rude, and in a rush, and they just hang up the phone on you while finishing the order. Has happened numerous times, just first time to complain. It's really well due. Also the delivery guys never come with a pen for signature.

My fiance and I ate here for our "date night" last night, and we were both pleasantly surprised by it. We were sat by a friendly hostess, and our water glasses were immediately filled by the busyboy. Our waiter offered us drinks, and they were brought promptly to the table. He was neither rude nor pushy in taking our order. The olive appetizer was tasty, as was the bread. We ordered two pizzas, thinking we'd take the leftovers home. We had the sausage and leek pizza as well as the margherita. Both were tasty, neither salty nor soggy. The crust was wonderful. Upon finishing, we sat for a while. The place does get incredibly noisy, but the restaurant does not set itself up to be an intimate space, so who cares? Anyhow, we both really liked it, and were happy to find that the service and food were both pretty good.

The ordered pizza was burned down, and we were offered first an excuse that this is a problem with this kind of pizza, and then reluctantly a new pizza by a rude manager. The replacement came just OK. After that we got no apology, but an arrogant comment by the manager when we did not tip the waiter. Truly outrageous!

I work near Adrienne's and finally got there today with a friend. The place was packed but really, we couldn't understand why. The pizza tasted like the dough was frozen and hadn't fully thawed before cooking. Neither of us was impressed with the pizza at all and would not go back. Sorry.
