Great food. Good take out place

I used to love this place and would order at least twice a week, sometimes more. Their pizza was good, delivery was quick and prices were reasonable. I used to eat there quite often as well and again the food was great (better than the take out for some reason) and the staff was friendly. I was so upset when I saw it closed and couldn't find a pizza place to compare. Imagine how happy I was when I saw it reopened. Well, it may have the same name and phone number and the food is still pretty good but their delivery is pathetic. I ordered from them three times and three times they screwed up. For some reason they can't seem to box the sicilian pizza in the box without totally destroying the cheese topping. It also was cold. They also switched to a thin crust, so it's not the same as the crusty, fluffy crust of the past. There are already too many thin crust places out there so they are not distinct in any way. They have some nerve trying to pass themselves off as the original Adriatic.

I order from here once a week (usually Chicken Parm or Francese. There Pizza is also one of the best in the neighborhood It is consistently good. The people who work there are friendly, the service is fast and that is why this has been my local Italian go-to place for years.

A couple of weeks ago I got a slice from here to take out and it was solid. It wasn't the best slice I've had in the city, but it was very good. Then today I ordered a chicken parmesan dinner to take out and it was delicious! The chicken parm was unreal, probably the second best I've ever had. The ziti, as is usual in American Italian Restaurants was soggy. However the order also came with an order of garlic bread and a whole roll of regular bread as well. The order was huge, too much food. I definitely recommend checking this place out, it's very good.

This is as perfect as a NY cheese slice gets. Not too much or too little of anything. Perfect texture. Great sauce. Thin & crispy. And I love the guys behind the counter!

This place used to be a great spot in the neighborhood but something definitely changed. Portions are smaller, prices are WAY higher, and the meat entrees are consistently tough and stale-tasting. Even the pizza tastes like it's been thrown together hurriedly and with too much oil.
