    Just an OK place

The food is ok, but the restaruant is small and cramped. The staff seemed pre-occupied with something else. Overall experience is average.

    Good food, great value

There are tons of Thai restaurants on or right off Ninth Avenue - my husband and I have sampled a fair amount between 35th and 55th. Of them all, Aceluck is the best. It's flavorful, the service is usually pretty good, and it's never too expensive. A great neighborhood joint.

    Good food at great price!

This place has really good food even though it is really small. I would suggest not going with a big group. The green curry is delicious, so is the Pad Thai.

    Fine dining

My husband and I usually meet up for dinner before heading home together. He has his fave spot on 9th, which is about three blocks down from Aceluck. I always order my lunch specials here though because the price, taste AND portions -- yes -- cannot be beat. Last week, we had pad thai shrimp, larb pork with sticky rice, basil fish and satay. I'm not sure if he's fully converted, but for once, he admitted that I was right. The food is delicious!

    Lunch specials not recommended

Thai restaurants with mediocre Pad thai had a few turn-offs for me. This place was one of them. I ate at the restaurant which wasn't impressive - except for their decor, which stood out on the particular block. Take-out? Clean packaging, but tiny portions of mediocre food, which makes one feel like you wasted your money.

    Best Thai Food

I usually order thai food from aceluck during lunch hours for delivery. Food tastes great and the portion sizes are huge. The lunch special is specially fullfilling as it comes with soup and spring roll. Definately worth $9 lunch.

    Perfect Thai bite

All your Thai favorites, served quickly enough in a lovely setting. Have a delicious bite & still make your bus from the nearby Port Authority! If time permits, pick up a treat from Cupcake Cafe, one block away.
