    I've Given Up!!

Was excited about this place after a few good orders, tacos were decent, though everything here kind of has the same flavor and taste. I've never written a bad review for a restaurant, its usually not worth my time, and Ive actually written a number of positive review for places since I find lots a good reviews more useful than the litany of complaints. However, these guys really do not know anything about customer service and my standards are pretty low after living in Harlem for so many years. I ordered 2 orders of nachos con carne with steak and received 2 orders of tacos with steak. I was upset, but called them back so we could work things out. They flat out refused, saying they had already made the tacos so I had to pay for them. I spent about 5 minutes on the phone and they eventually just hung up on me. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!!

    Poor Service, Poor Attitudes!

I ordered from here for a long time. Recently, however, they randomly decided that they wouldn't deliver within a ten block radius and, furthermore, would laugh and mock me when I inquired about the change. They also imposed some ridiculous minimum all of a sudden and, again, thought it was hilarious that I'd even question it. Their food's fine, but their delivery is inconsistent and their service by phone is not good. Don't bother.

    my new favorite!

Haven't been to the restaurant yet but I have ordered in several times and love the food. We have been ordering the enchilada primavera and the quesadilla fresca. I'm not a vegetarian and normally order steak fajitas, etc. at a mexican place, but these items are great and hearty. Everything is fresh and the portions are great. Delivery time is average. Highly recommended!

    Worst mexican food in Harlem

This place is terrible. Not only do you get plenty of bones with your chicken tacos, you get to wait 30 minutes for them to be ready. The owner proudly will tell you that he waits to make your order until you arrive (even when you call for take out), and that he doesn't really care about your business. I have given this place numerous second chances, and have been continually disappointed. You are much better off going to La Posada, the taco trucks, even Jesus Taco.

Best Mexican Spot in Hamilton Heights

My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for a few years now. Local Mexican restaurants are dark and usually noisy (because of the patrons at the bar) We go Acapulco for the atmosphere, which is relaxed and friendly, and the food which is great for the value. (And yes, expect the phone to be answered in Spanish when you live in the heights, but you better believe they will not mock your "gringo" accent as they treat all customers with respect and dignity.) -Buen Provecho! :)

    Really good

First time ordering take-out from AC, and was very happy with the taste and quality. I think it's a bit overpriced for mexican as it cost us $30 for 2 burritos & an app. of guac., but oh well. The burritos are huge though, and the amount of guac. & chips was good. We will order from here again for sure.
