Although we asked for a crunchy pizza we got a soggy falling appart dough. We were surprised that a medium pizza could reach the price for 23 dollars C'mon half veggies half ham,onions and mushrooms Really mediocre taste Not going to order again

I was at the Courtyard on 40th and got dinner delivered. It was crazy fast. I got the chicken parm based on the lady at the restaurant's recommendation. It was quite average. Side order of spinach was large but also bland/boring.

I think Abitinos switched owners a while back and ever since the pizza and service have went way down hill. The pizza tastes cheap and while the delivery service is good, forget going into the store if you are looking for friendly. Im using the one further down 2nd on the next block between 38th and 39th. Their loss.

Recently I've been regularly ordering the mini=pizza from Abitino's in effort to cut back on the pizza consumption! Anyway I want to say that my husband and I have been given excellent service both in the restaurant and for take-out. The pizza has been awesome - the only flaws are when we order veggies and they put too much and it's soggy etc. I've asked them to keep it light on the toppings and they did so and it's been great!

Abitino's pizza is delicious - not spectacular, but average (which is to say good) NYC pizza. I ordered frequently, until I had one unfortunate experience that made me decide never to order again. I ordered a pie with a credit card, and when the delivery man came, he could not speak English and he did not have the credit card swipe! I had no cash, so he handed me the pizza after I waved the card and left, leading me to believe he would be right back with the swipe so we could settle up. WRONG! 3 minutes later my phone rang. It was the man who had taken my order, in a raised voice telling me I had no right to free food and that I better settle up. I was offended by the accusation, and when I explained I had made clear it was a credit card order he insinuated I was lying. AND he said I took advantage because the delivery man did not speak English. Outrageous! I told him after I settled with my card I would never patronize them again.

I simply love Abitino's pizza. The crust is perfectly crispy with great sauce and scrumptious cheese. My husband and I enjoy eating there in their clean dining room. The salads are a nice compliment to the pizza.

The pizza's all right. Not a classic NY slice, but the crust is nice and chewy. The sauce and cheese are very salty. Lots of grease on the cheese, but I just blot it with 5 napkins.
