    Good food, good service!

After reading all the negative reviews, I don't know what all the fuss is about. We ordered delivery and the woman on the phone was perfectly nice. The food came quickly and out of a personal pizza and a salad (the signature) we were both very happy (the salad was really good!). One of the sausages on the pizza had something extremely hard that I bit into at one point (maybe part of a bone or hardened fat) but other than that, the pizza was way better than Dominos or Papa John's.

    Delivery is horrendous!

While I love the food, the delivery at Abitinos is so poor. I can't imagine what is so difficult. You can either be on hold forever...or what they say will be 30 minutes can linger to past 50 minutes easily. Hands down this happens every time so I tend not to order in from there much anymore...it is infuriating.

    Nightmare delivery

On hold off and on for ten minutes- finally place order, had to repeat my credit card info four times, then put on hold again. After delivery arrived late and cold, delivery man asked for cash when it was a cc payment. Huge ordeal on the phone to fix it. By the time we opened the pizza, it had to be reheated, never again. By the way, pizza isnt that great anyway.

    Excellent delivery

Do yourself a favor and order a meatball roll and a chicken parm hero, but substitute the red sauce for vodka sauce. Both are killer. You're welcome.

    I LOVE Abitino's Pizza

Ordered one pizza to be delivered and it was better than others I'd had, excellent. I can't understand the other reviews. In fact I'm just going to order now. It wasn't greasy, was perfect along with garlic knots. Still don't understand other negative reviews. ???

    Disappointing pizza

Just moved to nyc and have been trying several pizza joints every week. this has by far been the most disappointing. they didn't put 1 of the 3 toppings we requested, the crust was soggy, it had NO flavor, and the cheese was very, very rubbery.

    What happened?

This place has gone downhill. I have never been a big fan but would stop in occasionally when I didn't have cash on me to go to Gino's nearby. This will be the last time, I think they hired an all new staff in the last month or so and the food has gotten even worse and the prices are way too hi. I only get the rolls, meatball and pepperoni, but they are almost 6 bucks! Before I would suck it up and pay it since they were pretty good... and take card, but now there is no way.
