    Poor food and poor service

I had one of the poorest experiences ever at this place. The food was subpar, the service was poor, the portions were tiny and overpriced, and we waited forever for our food. I will never go back.

    Portions are not satisfying

I ordered the fish burger Deluxe and didn't get full. I got like 6 tiny pieces of the potatoes. The food was really good but if I order a burger I expect to get full and satisfied. Come on Abigail triple up on the fries!

How is this place still open?

I had perhaps one of my poorest dining experiences at Abigail. The waitress was so out of it, it was just offensive. And the food is not good. The only positive thing I can say is that the ambiance is nice.

Good place to hang with your computer.

I would suggest eating before going to Abigail. The food is not bad, but it's terribly expensive. The reason why I keep going back, though, is that no one complains if you sit there for hours taking advantage of the free wifi. For a good value, I recommend the mac n' cheese and a glass of the house wine to nurse during happy hour while you browse the web, get work done, catch up on Facebook, or any other internet needs. The staff is friendly, but not overly attentive, but never feel awkward about flagging them down. It's a small price to pay for a nice peaceful time.

    service is not good

ok, i like the fact that Abigail is so spacious and relaxed that I can stay there as long as I want without being rushed. Things I hate about Abigail: - Their sandwich portion got much smaller than before... Why did they change that?! It was one of the few things that were nice about them. Not any more. - Service. I've had several waiters that were not helpful, not professional, not service oriented... I have no idea how they can keep their job. - It takes so much time for them to prep food. They now mention it on their menu. - Food quality can be better considering that they supposedly use high quality food. - They need to stop serving side salads with appetizer dishes and improve the actual appetizers. It's so insane of them that their appetizers are not really appetizers in traditional sense. They are not really for you to share. It's an all right place to hang out if you are just having coffee and surfing on the internet, but do not eat there. It's a waste of your money.

    A relaxed, nice place.

We stopped by Abigail a couple of times for dinner and had a very pleasant experience. We only tried soups and appetizers (the two salads, crab cakes, liver pate) and all were good and interesting. The service was not exactly professional, but very friendly and well meaning. So if you're not in a rush and are willing to sort things out with the waiters, Abigail is a place where to spend a nice evening.
