    Strange place that serves damn good food

    I've had the food here a couple of times and it was great. The most disappointing experience with the place are the times you can't get through and the last time I did everything I wanted to order with "red" sauce I could not. The guy over the phone told me they ran out of red sauce. What kind of pizza shop runs out of red sauce? Everything I've had there thus far has been fantastic - but that's when they pick up the phone. So between that and the no red sauce makes me wonder what kind of "place" this is. But the food rocks - Strange right?

    Poor service

    After waiting forty minutes for my pizza I decided to call to see how much longer the pizza would be taking, in which I was told that the delivery guy had already been on his way minutes ago (keep in mind that I live one block away). More than twenty minutes later, my order was still not here so I again, called. When the employee picked up, he replied with "I hope he didn't get hit by a car" in a sarcastic, caustic manner --which is a question of character in itself, but will not be discussed here. I told him to call me back as soon as possible after he got in contact with the delivery guy, to which he followed up five minutes later. When he called, he told me that the delivery guy had been at my door ringing my doorbell, and had already went back to the pizza place. Having had been home for the whole duration of time that this had taken place, I told him no one had rung my doorbell, and confirmed the address he had. The address was the same. As I was fed up and also did not want cold pizza, I then proceeded to cancel the order, to which he responded, "Thank you," in once again, a sardonic behavior. Bottom line, the customer service is poor and I will never be ordering from here again.
