    Delivery Takes Over 1 Hour

The service at this place is rapidly deteriorating. I'v been ordering for a long time but recently delivery times have been getting longer and longer and more often than not they mess up something in my order. The last straw was when I was waiting for an hour for the food to arrive, called the place and was told "it's on the way" only to wait another 30 minutes to get cold food and no attempt to make an apology or throw in a freebie....

    Good Turkish Food

Went here for the first time. Food was good, a little pricey for lunch but (since they used their dinner menu). I got the kebab and it was wonderfully seasoned and cooked. Overall it was a nice experience, had no issues w/the waiters and the bread and spreads they give you at the beginning of the meal were delicious. Like I said it is a little pricey for kebabs but i would go back.

    Not recommended

Had a 7:30 reservation last night for 3. The manager never checked our reservation upon our arrival. Waiter took drink order immediately and proceeded to attend all tables around us even though we were seated first and ready to order. Finally we got his attention ordered 3 appetizers and 3 entrees. After that is was straight downhill. Appetizers took forever and came out one at a time( 2 were cold appetizers). Bread came out one piece at a time after asking for it repeatedly. After 1 hour and 20 min.and still no main dishes and no attention from our waiter we called over the manager and asked for comp. drinks. Again all tables around us were eating SHARED entrees and getting plenty of waiter attention. Finally 2 entrees arrived, barely lukewarm and then my stuffed chicken, which was cold, dry and inedible. After returning it to the waiter, he never appolgized, asked what else I'd like or came near the table. I had no dinner that night. Finally we asked for a check and he pulled off the paper table cloth in front of us. To our suprise the bill contained the returned chicken entree. We showed this to the manager who could care less. I have been a good customer of this restaurant in the past when it was a small establishment and in recent years as well and live in the neighborhood. I will never go back. There are many Turkish restaurants with better food, more appreciative service and better prices. D

    If you like Turkish food

We went for a dinner to catch up with friends, food was very good if you like Turkish food. Lamb kabob was tasty, appetizers and deserts good to very good. Staff was very attentive and accommodating yet allowed us to talk without any pressure. If you want to eat in a rush you might not find this place to your liking. Atmosphere was attractive and comfortable but background noise a little loud. Value for your dollar is appropriate. I would definitely go again.

Never going A La Turka ever again!

This was my 3rd time going there. I was hoping that the service would improve, but it seem to be getting worse! They took too long to get a table for three people. Then the waiter took forever to come over. We sat there and no one came for about 15 mins or so to ask if we needed any thing. took too long to bring the food out. owner was there. never even came over to ask if every thing was okay!

Best Turkish Food - Kebabs are too good!

We have been here multiple number of times - have taken our neverending guests from around the world. Loved their food & service everytime. This place has been so consistent in quality & taste. Don't miss their Adana Kebabs, Ali Nazik Kebabs, Beyti, Shish, Village - well, try them all! (though Chicken Adana & Ali Nazik Lamb are my favs). Top it off with great desserts & that famous turkish coffee! And btw - our 7 year old loves their lentil soup with bread :)
