A Casa Fox
Posted by EES on 04/13/2008
This brand new restaurant is not ready for the public. A Casa Fox is a nice concept restaurant poorly uted. The small plates were very good then we waited an hour for a sub-par entree which was supposed to be one of the restaurants signature dishes and, in our case, also included a rotten black mini-potato. The atmosphere was chaotic and crowded with about 70% of patrons seeming to be 'family and friends' of the chefs/cooks. The minority of true new guests to the restaurant were ignored and inconvenienced. I saw two different couples transferred from their tables in order to make room for familiar/family guests. Eat here if you don't mind having someone hover over you while you eat or constantly have your chair bumped into by obnoxious guests or inconsiderate staff with no 'front of the house' management skills. Currently no liquor license.
