so glad i randomly chose this place to eat one day. Best value for thai anywhere in nyc. Noodles were great. Crispy duck salad was awesome.. great crunchy texture with a vinaigrette so tasty i wish i had other things to dip in it. my mouth watered a little thinking about eating it again. definitely A+

after go back & forth dine & order in for a few times to make sure that the first visit wasn't bcoz of i was starving to make me feel the food was great, and indeed my last couple times there still really good. It's a Wow for the neighborhood. I'm a big fan of Thai & have been trying many places in the city, this one obviously one of the best, authentic with original thai kick not like many places else always serve u a medicore food. Another angle that i cant leave it out is the staff, truly the Best! A+ i'm glad u're here.

Food was great and waitress was attentive. BYO and no corking fee. Best thai in the area!

Good Thai food, nice cozy place.. not expensive, average. But very very very slow service.

We stumbled across this place and were welcomed in by the owner. His recommendations for appetisers and mains were fabulous, the food was so tasty! I've eaten a lot of Thai and nothing as good as this. The owner even brought out some free dessert for us to sample. Great service, cute restaurant, highly recommended.

I don't know how the restaurant is when you eat-in but I ordered delivery via Seamlessweb and was soooo disappointed! After waiting an hour, I called and the guy told me he would call the delivery guy to bring it ASAP. 1 hour and 25 minutes later - no food. I called the place again and was told, once again, that the guy should be there soon. After 1.5 hours, I received cold, congealed food. I will NEVER order from here again!!!!

I am usually disappointed by the lack of authenticity with most Thai places I try in NYC... not the case with A+Thai. the lunch special is a great value, the food is good, the flavors authentic, the portions adequate for lunch (I'm not stuffed but totally satisfied). The decor is nice, very simple and minimalistic, and its very clean. & for lunch time it wasnt crazy busy - servers werent rushed and I didnt have to wait. I had the spicy noodles (aka drunken noodles, thai basil noodles, I've seen this dish called by several different names in different Thai places). The spring rolls werent the best I've ever had - next time I'll definitely go for a salad. But I'll definitely go back - and next time I want to try the pad thai. I dont think you'll be disappointed by this place.
